About Our Founder

Sean Hand spent the last 15 years at a Big4 consulting firm. He worked as the youngest senior director of business development at the firm, having sold over $150 million in new business in the last 6 years. He also served as the sales leader for associates.


Sean left to take his unique approach toward relationship development to others. His book, "That Was Awkward: 7 Secrets of an Awkward Networker," reached the Top 10 Best Seller's list on Amazon and has reached dozens of countries. He is known as a very high-energy, engaging speaker, and facilitator.
